Do you work directly for building owners and facilities managers?
Yes. We look after heating, gas and plumbing directly for building owners, facilities teams, schools and businesses, from one-off repairs to planned maintenance and full plant replacements.
Do you also work for main contractors?
Yes. We deliver heating, gas and plumbing packages for main contractors on new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, priced from your drawings and run to your programme.
Can you work in schools and occupied buildings?
Yes. We plan works around term dates, opening hours and occupied areas, and arrange shutdowns and changeovers so the building can keep running.
Do you work under CIS?
For construction work carried out for contractors, yes. We work under the Construction Industry Scheme and apply the domestic reverse charge for VAT where it applies.
What do we get when the work is finished?
The relevant certificates and records for the work we've done: gas certificates, pressure test certificates, and flushing and commissioning records, plus a clear report of what was found and done.
