We deliver heating, chilled water and plumbing packages for Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs, including fan coil unit installation, floor-level heating and chilled water distribution, plumbing and alterations to the building's existing systems.
Fit-outs run to tight programmes, often around occupied floors. We plan the work with the main contractor, coordinate closely with the other trades and leave the systems tested and ready for commissioning.
